Why Don't Quit U?

 

Don’t Quit U is a service made available to students facing difficult choices during a time of financial crisis. Our purpose is to exchange notes and our thoughts about the high cost of college tuition and to seek ways by which to deal with this crisis.

 

What is a 'Conservative College'?

 

The term “conservative” is used in American higher education to describe a number of accredited colleges that offer traditional or “classical” forms of education.

 

There are three basic types of conservative colleges and universities: Liberal Arts, Christian and Great Books. Each kind tends to:

 

• affirm a curriculum of required courses,
• be unafraid of religious faith, and
• maintain high academic standards.
